How long does delivery take?

Orders normally need 1–2 business days to prepare and an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.

What if my item has a problem?

Submit a request within 30 calendar days after delivery for a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item. Change-of-mind returns are not offered.

How are approved refunds handled?

An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
